Your Responsibilities

• You possess a talent for building rapport with people! By applying the AEO Selling Model, you communicate with every patron to support them in finding precisely what they are seeking, and you accomplish this with an emphasis on cultivating a friendship-oriented attitude.
• AE Aerie products fuel your passion! Clients approach you for guidance on product specifics, and you're thrilled to provide tailored suggestions that meet their individual needs.
• You share the brand love! You're eager to introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• You can hang! Your skillset rocks no matter what zone you're in and you can easily flex between the Salesfloor, Cash Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• You excel at finding unique ways to solve problems for guests, ensuring their needs are met while following the established rules of the business.
• You exhibit a strong team spirit, always ready to contribute to the collective effort and ensure successful task completion.
• You've got integrity! You do the right thing and you always adhere to AEO's policies procedures.
