Job Duties:
- Roll clean silverware for service
- Clear the bar of used utensils, plates, and drinks
- Rejuvenate the bar setting after customers have left
- Keep the bar area clean and organized by sweeping, taking out the trash, and completing any essential cleaning chores
- Experienced in aiding customers throughout their complete dining experience
- Experienced in escalating guest problems to management and effectively resolving issues in a constructive way
- Experienced in working collaboratively with other team members to fulfill guest requirements through effective communication
- Your state legally allows you to serve and pour alcohol in accordance with the established guidelines
- Proficient at reading recipes and preparing beverages according to predetermined norms
- Assistance needed in the prompt running of food orders
- Observe health and safety rules in every kitchen and dining setting
- Obey the manager's orders consistently throughout the working hours
- Experienced in interacting with guests and supporting them with their needs

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Guest Experience
- Coaches teammates on ways to create a memorable guest experience.
- Trains fellow employees in understanding, pinpointing, and rectifying issues that impact guest satisfaction.
- Educates coworkers on how their actions contribute to the guest experience and the extent to which outcomes serve as indicators of the level of guest service provided.
- Engages positively with guests and requests their input.
- Manages the resolution of guest concerns that have been raised by teammates, escalating them to higher-ups if necessary
- Collaborates closely with the General Manager and Director to maintain the standard of restaurant facilities in the region, communicating with suppliers, and aiding in the supervision of maintenance or repair tasks pertaining to the building, grounds, parking lot, equipment, seating arrangements, and technology.
Operations Leadership:
- Establishes a model for the standards and behaviors that restaurant managers, as well as team members, are expected to comply with.
- Sets an example and instructs others on our values and culture for better understanding.
- Guides team members in familiarizing themselves with new menu items and changes in standards by modeling best practices
- Establishes routines for team members in a particular department
- Guides colleagues in the enhancement of operational effectiveness, maintenance protocols, and facility operations.
- Motivates team members to elevate their performance standards
- Provides teammates with positive and constructive feedback on their performance and collaborates with the General Manager/Director to determine the necessary progressive disciplinary steps for teammates who are not meeting performance standards.
- Builds on leadership competencies for self and fellow team members
Financial Performance:
- Establishes strategies, informs the General Manager and Management Staff, and gauges specific accomplishments to reach the Company's accepted inventory level, departmental sales progress, and guest satisfaction
- Expresses the critical areas where performance improvements are essential within their department to successfully achieve the business plan objectives
- Examines sales figures and trends in the department, facilitating the implementation of sales expansion programs.
- Readiness to delve into the realms of Profit vs Loss statements, forecasting skills, and budget coordination
- Handles a wide array of administrative tasks to aid in the smooth running of restaurant operations concerning team members and in accordance with local, state, and federal statutes.
Requirements:
- The person best fit for this role will showcase the relevant experience and qualities:
- Past Responsibilities as a Bar Manager or in Service Management (Experience gained in a full-service restaurant with a full bar)
- Profound knowledge of Excel, Windows functionalities, and POS software is advantageous for professional development
- Dedicated to delivering results, trustworthy, and valuing teamwork
- Capacity to engage and enhance team members' progress through coaching that adheres to company policies
- Demonstrating a fervent interest in the hospitality sector and a strong dedication to shaping outstanding experiences for guests and team members is vital
- Essential to have the endurance to stand 10 hours consecutively while managing 50-pound loads.
