Job Duties:

• Bundle silverware neatly to prepare for service
• Make sure to remove any soiled dishes, drinks, or utensils from the bar area promptly
• Reset the bar to its default state once visitors have exited
• Sweep and tidy up the bar section, remove waste, and address any cleaning tasks that need attention
• Skilled in supporting customers from the start to the finish of their dining encounter
• Capable of elevating guest concerns to upper management and effectively addressing issues in a positive manner
• Able to communicate well with other teammates to ensure all guest needs are met
• You have attained the necessary qualifications to serve and distribute alcohol within the confines of the law in your state
• Aptitude in reading recipes and executing drink-making procedures to comply with standards
• Requesting assistance with expediting food service
• Uphold health and safety regulations within all kitchen and dining sections
• Respect and follow the supervisor's guidance for the duration of the shift
• Capable of interacting with patrons and assisting them with their requests

Requirements:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Competent in English language proficiency encompassing speaking, reading, and writing.
• The state mandates a specific age limit for individuals permitted to serve alcohol
• Given permission to work in the United States

• Expertise in food safety regulations and measures to prevent contamination and ensure quality

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Capable of bending at the waist and lifting items up to 50 lbs. to waist height.
• Has the capacity to move items up to 50 pounds across distances of 25 feet.
• Skilled at maintaining an upright position and being energetic for 8-12 hours of work.
• Adequate at hearing, comprehending, and satisfying the needs of employees and visitors in a loud setting.
• Capable of tolerating exposure to extreme temperatures (below freezing and above 90 degrees Fahrenheit) for the duration of the shift.
