You act as the embodiment of our corporation and carry this responsibility with a sense of honor! Your affection for the merchandise is palpable, and you are zealous about cultivating brand dedication with all customers. Primarily, you embody our corporate ethics and showcase your genuine identity while on the job.

Your Responsibilities

• Your strength lies in your ability to engage effectively with others! Through the AEO Selling Model, you communicate with each visitor to aid them in locating the specific product they seek, always keeping a focus on building a relationship first and foremost.
• Your dedication lies in AE Aerie items! You're the go-to person for customers seeking insights into product information, and you take pleasure in proposing suitable products that align with their preferences.
• You share the brand love! You're eager to introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• You can hang! Your skillset rocks no matter what zone you're in and you can easily flex between the Salesfloor, Cash Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Your main focus is on enhancing the guest experience through proactive solutions and upholding the standards set by the company.
• Valuing teamwork, you demonstrate a willingness to aid your team members in achieving their objectives collaboratively.
• You've got integrity! You do the right thing and you always adhere to AEO's policies procedures.

• You are available for shifts that coincide with the times customers are shopping, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays

• The more exposure one has in the retail industry, the better they become at it.
• A minimum age of 16 years is necessary.
