Warehouse Associate

Job Description:

The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for a variety of industrial warehouse tasks including drum pumping, drum dumping, offloading tankers, unloading vans, and operating forklifts. This position plays a key role in ensuring materials are handled, stored, and transported properly according to safety guidelines. Successful warehouse associates thrive in dynamic environments and take pride in contributing to efficient and safe warehouse operations.

As a Warehouse Associate, your daily duties will include handling drums, performing repacks, scanning inventory, completing documentation, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. You will also wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE) such as respirators and hazmat suits when required. This is a physically demanding role, ideal for a warehouse worker who enjoys hands-on labor and working as part of a dedicated warehouse team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily warehouse associate duties such as drum pumping, dumping, offloading tankers, and operating forklifts.
• Conduct drum storage, repackaging, labeling, and use of warehouse scanners.
• Maintain compliance with all safety standards and company policies.
• Complete waste tracking and inventory documentation accurately.
• Support general warehouse operations and assist with other duties as assigned.
• Use proper PPE including respirators and protective suits.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience as a warehouse associate, warehouse worker, or warehouse team member preferred.
• Forklift operation experience is highly desirable.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in challenging environmental conditions.
• Must be safety-oriented and capable of following detailed procedures.
• Strong teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude are essential.
• Ability to work rotating shifts or overtime as needed.
• Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing warehouse is a plus.
