Your Responsibilities:

• You have a natural talent for utilizing the AEO Selling Model to interact with every client, offering tailored support to help them discover the precise item they are seeking, and you do so by initially fostering a sense of camaraderie. With a focus on friendship, you create a welcoming environment where customers feel comfortable and cared for in their shopping interactions. (Interested in the AEO Selling Model? • You exhibit a genuine passion for AE Aerie goods! Guests approach you for insights into product intricacies, and you are eager to provide personalized suggestions to meet their criteria.
• You take pleasure in familiarizing guests with the AEO loyalty program and other brand avenues.
• You excel in a variety of roles, including Salesfloor, Cash Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom, demonstrating your ability to transition seamlessly between different areas.
• You are known for your knack for finding solutions that enhance the guest's visit, all while upholding the standards and principles of the organization.
• Your dedication to teamwork shines through, consistently offering assistance to ensure successful completion of projects.
• You consistently demonstrate integrity by consistently adhering to the rules and regulations outlined by AEO.
