Your Responsibilities

• You excel at connecting with individuals! Utilizing the AEO Selling Model, you interact with each customer to assist them in discovering the precise item they desire, all while prioritizing a friendly approach.
• You have a strong enthusiasm for AE Aerie merchandise! Visitors rely on you to enlighten them about the specifics of the products, and you're eager to offer recommendations that cater to their requirements.
• You are enthusiastic about spreading brand appreciation! You are keen on acquainting guests with the AEO loyalty program and other brand outlets.
• Your ability to adapt is impressive, effortlessly transitioning between different areas like Salesfloor, Cash Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom. Your versatility and expertise make you a valuable asset in any location.
• You are a creative thinker in resolving issues for guests, always prioritizing their satisfaction, and adept at addressing guest inquiries promptly while adhering to organizational guidelines.
• You are a collaborative individual who prioritizes teamwork, consistently supporting your colleagues to accomplish tasks effectively.
