Job Duties:

• Ensure that your station is neat and well-organized
• Sweep and scrub the flooring, dispose of rubbish, and handle any cleaning responsibilities that are needed
• Follow Health Code guidelines for washing and drying dishes
• Equipped to support staff in satisfying guest requirements
• Skilled at bringing problems to the attention of management and finding productive solutions
• Proficient in engaging with colleagues to make certain all guest demands are satisfied
• Capability to thrive in a high-speed work environment
• Comply with safety regulations in all kitchen and dining zones
• Comply with the manager's directives while on duty

Requirements:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Capable of engaging in communication through speaking, reading, and writing in English.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Can flex at the waist and hoist items up to 50 lbs. to waist level.
• Possesses the ability to carry loads of up to 50 pounds for a distance of 25 feet.
• Able to maintain an upright position and be energetically involved throughout an 8-12 hour duration.
• Possessing the ability to listen, interpret, and address the inquiries of both employees and customers in a high-decibel environment.
• Able to endure exposure to cold and hot temperatures ranging from below 0 degrees Fahrenheit to above 90 degrees Fahrenheit during the duration of the shift.
