Job Duties:
- Roll clean silverware for service
- Clear away used kitchenware, dishes, and beverages from the bar area
- Refresh and tidy the bar following the departure of patrons
- Sweep and maintain cleanliness in the bar region, including trash removal and other cleaning obligations
- Competent in assisting diners throughout their entire dining occasion
- Experienced in escalating guest problems to management and effectively resolving issues in a constructive way
- Adept at liaising with fellow teammates to ensure the satisfaction of all guest needs
- You hold the legal eligibility to offer and pour alcohol within the state where you are operating
- Ability to follow recipe directions meticulously to achieve consistent drink quality
- Assistance required for the efficient distribution of meals
- Adhere to health and safety measures in both kitchen and dining environments
- Remain compliant with the manager's directions for the duration of the shift
- Proficient in interacting with guests and catering to their requests

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Guest Experience
- Guides colleagues on enhancing the quality of customer interactions.
- Instructs colleagues on how to foresee, detect, and tackle problems that influence the overall guest journey.
- Instructs peers on the significance of their interactions in shaping the guest experience and the direct relationship between outcomes and the standard of guest care delivered.
- Encourages positive interactions with guests and invites their comments.
- Manages the resolution of guest concerns that have been raised by teammates, escalating them to higher-ups if necessary
- Ensures the quality of various restaurant facilities throughout the region by working alongside the General Manager and Director to prioritize requirements, engage with vendors, and assist in monitoring the maintenance or repair of the property, landscaping, parking lot, equipment, seating areas, and technological systems.
Operations Leadership:
- Represents the exemplar for the expected conduct and behaviors for both restaurant managers and their teammates.
- Serves as a role model and educator of our values and culture to ensure comprehension by others.
- Supports team members in understanding and implementing new menu items and updated standards through effective modeling techniques
- Devises structured plans for the employees in a specific department
- Coaches peers on operational best practices, maintenance strategies, and facilities management.
- Motivates team members to elevate their performance standards
- Gives teammates positive and constructive feedback on their performance and coordinates with the General Manager/Director to establish appropriate disciplinary actions for team members who do not meet performance standards.
- Works on improving leadership capabilities within individuals and their peers
Financial Performance:
- Formulates strategies, conveys them to the General Manager and Management Staff, and assesses specific targets to accomplish the Company's authorized inventory level, departmental revenue increase, and customer gratification
- Conveys to the team the specific areas where performance enhancements are needed to meet the goals set forth in the business plan
- Examines sales figures and trends in the department, facilitating the implementation of sales expansion programs.
- Inclination towards comprehending Profit vs Loss statements, forecasting strategies, and budget structuring
- Manages an assortment of administrative responsibilities to support restaurant operations in relation to teammates and in compliance with local, state, and federal legislation.
Requirements:
- The individual who fits the bill will exhibit the required experience and qualities:
- Earlier Experience in Bar Operations or Service Direction (Experience within a full-service restaurant with a full bar)
- Proficient use of Excel, Windows, and POS applications is a valuable skill set in today's digital era
- Goal-oriented, reliable, and emphasizing the importance of working together as a team
- Capacity to engage and enhance team members' progress through coaching that adheres to company policies
- It is crucial to exhibit a genuine love for the hospitality domain and a determination to enhance guest and employee interactions
- Ability to stand upright and hoist weights of 50 pounds for a duration of 10 hours.
