Your Responsibilities

• You are adept at establishing connections with individuals! Through the AEO Selling Model, you engage with every customer to aid them in finding the specific item they desire, and you do so by adopting a mentality that values developing friendships as a foundation.
• Your enthusiasm shines through when it comes to AE Aerie products! Shoppers look to you for clarification on product features, and you are enthusiastic about offering personalized recommendations that cater to their preferences.
• You share the brand love! You're eager to introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• You can hang! Your skillset rocks no matter what zone you're in and you can easily flex between the Salesfloor, Cash Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• You are proficient in swiftly resolving guest problems with innovative strategies that align with company procedures, demonstrating a commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Embracing a team-oriented mindset, you eagerly lend a helping hand to ensure the successful completion of projects.
• You've got integrity! You do the right thing and you always adhere to AEO's policies procedures.
