Job Duties:

• Keep your work station clean and in an orderly fashion
• Complete tasks such as sweeping, disposing of trash, and meeting any cleaning requirements
• Adhere to Health Code protocols when washing and drying dishes
• Skilled in assisting service staff to address guest needs effectively
• Competent at raising matters to higher levels of supervision and solving problems in a beneficial manner
• Competent in collaborating with teammates to ensure the fulfillment of guest needs is achieved
• Competence in handling responsibilities amidst a fast-paced work environment
• Adhere to the rules and regulations for health and safety in all kitchen and dining spaces
• Observe and follow the manager's directions throughout the work shift

Requirements:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Possessing the ability to effectively interact using spoken, written, and reading English.
• Holding legal status for employment in the United States

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Exceptional interaction with clients and top-notch customer service
• Extensive familiarity with procedures aimed at ensuring the safety and cleanliness of food preparation areas
• Sharp concentration on minutiae

• Excellent verbal communication

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Can lean forward and elevate items weighing up to 50 lbs. to waist level.
• Equipped to transfer objects weighing up to 50 pounds up to a distance of 25 feet.
• Possessing the ability to stay upright and participate actively throughout an 8-12 hour shift.
• Competent in understanding, acknowledging, and replying to the demands of employees and patrons amidst loud surroundings.
• Must be able to withstand exposure to extreme temperatures below freezing and above 90 degrees Fahrenheit while on duty.
