Job Duties:

• Organize silverware into neat rolls for efficient serving
• Clear the bar of any used plates, glasses, or leftover beverages
• Tidy up the bar area once patrons have vacated the premises
• Take care of cleaning duties in the bar area, including sweeping, trash removal, and any other necessary tasks
• Talented in supporting customers from the initiation to the completion of their dining meal
• Knowledgeable in escalating guest concerns to superiors and resolving issues constructively
• Able to communicate well with other teammates to ensure all guest needs are met
• You have been deemed eligible to serve and pour alcohol within the legal framework of your state
• Expertise in reading recipes accurately and making beverages to conform with standards
• In need of help with the efficient distribution of meals
• Adhere to the regulations concerning health and safety within kitchen and dining environments
• Stick to the directions provided by the manager for the entirety of the work shift
• Able to engage with customers and provide support for their needs

Requirements:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Adept at English communication, including speaking, reading, and writing.
• The state statutes dictate the requisite age for individuals eligible to serve alcoholic beverages
• Sanctioned for employment in the United States

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Superb customer relations and adeptness in interacting with individuals
• Thorough knowledge of standards and protocols concerning the safe handling and storage of food items
• Exemplifying a conscientious approach towards details
• High energy levels
• Proficiency in teamwork
• Excellent verbal communication

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Capable of bending at the waist and lifting items up to 50 lbs. to the level of the waist.
• Can transport goods that weigh no more than 50 pounds over distances of 25 feet.
• Adequate for sustaining an upright position and being active for 8-12 hours.
• Effective in understanding, acknowledging, and attending to the requirements of staff and customers in a noisy ambiance.
• Able to endure cold and hot temperatures (below 0 degrees F and above 90 degrees F) for the entirety of the shift.
