Job Duties:
- Organize silverware into neat rolls for efficient serving
- Remove used utensils, plates, and beverages from the bar counter
- Rejuvenate the bar setup once guests have exited the establishment
- Ensure the bar area is free of debris, empty the trash, and attend to any cleaning responsibilities needed
- Talented in supporting customers from the initiation to the completion of their dining meal
- Skilled in escalating customer problems to supervisors and finding solutions in a proactive approach
- Able to communicate well with other teammates to ensure all guest needs are met
- You have met the legal requirements to serve and pour alcohol in your state
- Expertise in reading recipes accurately and making beverages to conform with standards
- Assistance required for serving food promptly
- Stick to the health and safety regulations applicable to kitchen and dining settings
- Comply with manager guidance throughout your shift
- Able to engage with customers and provide support for their needs

Requirements:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Capable of engaging in English communication through speaking, reading, and writing.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Having the ability to flex at the waist and elevate objects weighing up to 50 pounds to waist level.
- Can transport loads of up to 50 pounds for distances as far as 25 feet.
- Adequate for sustaining an upright position and being active for 8-12 hours.
- Proficient in receiving, interpreting, and reacting to the inquiries of employees and patrons amidst a loud atmosphere.
- Capable of withstanding extreme temperatures (below 0 degrees F and above 90 degrees F) during the shift.
