Job Duties:

• Create tidy silverware rolls to streamline the serving process
• Clean up used utensils, plates, and drinks
• Reconfigure and tidy dining surfaces after guests exit the establishment
• Ensure the service zone is free of debris, take out trash, and provide assistance with dishwashing tasks
• Support is required to maintain effective food running operations and attending to guest service needs when necessary
• Maintain compliance with health and safety requirements for both kitchen and dining locations
• Abide by the manager's directions throughout the duration of the shift
• Capable of interacting with guests and catering to their needs effectively

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Able to stoop at the waist and elevate objects weighing up to 50 pounds to waist level.
• Able to transport objects weighing up to 50 lbs. across distances of 25 feet.
• Competent to remain vertical and involved throughout an 8-12 hour work shift.
• Efficient in receiving, grasping, and appropriately reacting to the inquiries of employees and visitors in a loud environment.
• Able to withstand exposure to temperature extremes, such as those below 0 degrees Fahrenheit and above 90 degrees Fahrenheit, for the duration of the work shift.
