Job Duties:

• Roll silverware in a tidy manner for efficient use during service
• Take away dirty dishes, cups, and drinks
• Reconfigure and tidy dining surfaces after guests exit the establishment
• Sweep and clean the service area, discard trash, assist with dishwashing as needed
• Help is needed in facilitating the distribution of meals and addressing guest requests as appropriate
• Abide by the health and safety regulations applicable to kitchen and dining areas
• Comply with the manager's guidance while on duty
• Capable of engaging with visitors and assisting with their requirements

Requirements:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent in English communication, including speaking, reading, and writing competencies.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficiency in complying with regulations pertaining to food sanitation and safety
• Intense concentration on the specifics

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Able to lean at the waist and elevate items weighing up to 50 lbs. to waist level.
• Has the capacity to transport objects weighing up to 50 lbs. for distances spanning 25 feet.
• Have the capability to stay standing and operational for an entire 8-12 hour shift.
• Efficient in receiving, grasping, and appropriately reacting to the inquiries of employees and visitors in a loud environment.
• Capable of tolerating both frigid temperatures below 0 degrees Fahrenheit and scorching temperatures exceeding 90 degrees Fahrenheit throughout the entire shift.
