As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse processes, supporting shipping, receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment. As a Warehouse Team Member, your primary responsibilities will include pulling inventory, organizing shipments, loading and unloading trucks, and preparing products for delivery. You will work alongside a motivated warehouse crew to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and safety in all warehouse operations. The ideal Warehouse Team Member is reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new warehouse systems and equipment. Previous experience as a warehouse associate, distribution team member, or warehouse operator is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily warehouse duties including picking, packing, shipping, and receiving.
• Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy.
• Assist other Warehouse Team Members and supervisors with order staging and inventory tracking.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
• Work extended shifts and weekends as needed to meet operational goals.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience as a Warehouse Team Member, warehouse associate, or warehouse worker preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical warehouse tasks.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and order entry.
• Forklift certification or experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
