Warehouse Specialist

Job Description:

As a Warehouse Specialist, you will be responsible for handling inventory, operating equipment, and ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the production process. You’ll play an integral part in keeping operations running efficiently while supporting production teams to meet company goals. Key Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced production environment to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• As a Warehouse Specialist, move materials and components between pallets, conveyors, and tables.
• Operate production equipment such as sewing machines, pallet jacks, and hot glue guns safely and efficiently.
• Ensure production materials are accurately sorted, verified, and supplied to designated stations.
• Conduct quality inspections at every stage of the process to guarantee that all products meet company standards.
• Properly label, package, and prepare finished goods for shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
• Work with other Warehouse Specialists and production supervisors to meet performance targets.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Proven ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds safely.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for an 8-hour shift or longer.
• Prior experience as a Warehouse Specialist, Production Worker, Assembly Operator, or similar manufacturing role is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Excellent attendance, punctuality, and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work overtime and occasional weekends as needed.
• Ability to safely operate a forklift is preferred.
