Job Duties:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in your designated work area
• Keep the floor clean by sweeping and mopping, emptying the trash, and attending to any necessary cleaning duties
• Ensure dishes are washed and dried correctly as per Health Code regulations
• Proficient in helping service teams meet and exceed guest expectations
• Proficient in escalating issues to executives and resolving challenges in a constructive fashion
• Capable of coordinating with other team members to meet the needs of all guests efficiently
• Skilled in adapting to and performing effectively in rapid-paced work settings
• Abide by health and safety protocols in each kitchen and dining area
• Stick to the guidance given by the manager for the duration of the shift

Requirements:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Skilled in English communication across verbal, written, and reading domains.
• Have the approval to work in the United States

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess the ability to bend over and lift objects of up to 50 lbs. to waist height.
• Can move items that are 50 pounds heavy for up to 25 feet.
• Having the stamina and endurance to stand and be productive during an extended 8-12 hour timeframe.
• Skilled in hearing, comprehending, and effectively responding to the requests of workers and guests in a loud ambiance.
• Capable of tolerating fluctuations in temperature throughout the day, including exposure to cold below 0 degrees Fahrenheit and heat above 90 degrees Fahrenheit.
