Job Duties:

• Roll silverware in a clean and presentable manner
• Dispose of dirty dishes, glasses, and utensils from the bar
• Renew the bar environment after the departure of customers
• Maintain cleanliness in the bar section by sweeping, emptying trash, and fulfilling all cleaning obligations
• Competent in assisting diners throughout their entire meal experience
• Capable of elevating guest concerns to upper management and effectively addressing issues in a positive manner
• Able to communicate well with other teammates to ensure all guest needs are met
• You have been granted the legal permission to serve and distribute alcoholic beverages in your state
• Competency in following recipe guidelines to mix drinks in compliance with predetermined standards
• Seeking support for running food orders smoothly
• Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols in both kitchen and dining locales
• Adhere to supervisor instructions during a work period
• Competent in engaging with customers and offering assistance as needed

Requirements:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Demonstrating English language fluency in speaking, reading, and writing.
• Individuals engaging in alcohol service activities in the state must meet the specified age threshold
• Endorsed to work in the United States

• Outstanding customer care and exceptional social proficiency
• Well-versed in the principles of food safety and sanitation for maintaining a hygienic environment
• Paying close and methodical attention to particulars

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Being able to flex at the waist and elevate items weighing up to 50 pounds to waist level.
• Capable of lifting objects weighing up to 50 pounds and transporting them up to a distance of 25 feet.
• Having the stamina to stay on one's feet and operational for an entire 8-12 hour shift.
• Proficient in listening, comprehending, and responding to the requests of employees and guests in a noisy environment.
• Can handle being exposed to both cold and hot temperatures (below freezing and above 90 degrees Fahrenheit) for the entire duration of the shift.
