Job Duties:

• Arrange silverware into rolled sets for serving guests
• Clean up the bar by clearing away dirty utensils, plates, and empty glasses
• Tidy up the bar area once patrons have vacated the premises
• Ensure the bar area is free of debris, empty the trash, and attend to any cleaning responsibilities needed
• Capable of aiding patrons throughout their entire meal service
• Skilled in escalating customer problems to supervisors and finding solutions in a proactive approach
• Able to communicate well with other teammates to ensure all guest needs are met
• It is within the bounds of the law for you to serve and pour alcoholic drinks in compliance with state regulations
• Skill in comprehending recipe details and crafting beverages in adherence to set criteria
• In need of help with the efficient distribution of meals
• Abide by the health and safety protocols in every kitchen and dining area
• Carry out the manager's instructions diligently throughout the shift
• Able to engage with customers and provide support for their needs

Requirements:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Possessing the capacity to interact in English through speaking, reading, and writing.
• Serving alcohol in the state is subject to meeting the designated legal age requirement
• Eligible for employment in the United States

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Being able to bend over and hoist objects weighing up to 50 pounds to waist level.
• Can transport goods that weigh no more than 50 pounds over distances of 25 feet.
• Possessing the ability to stand and be efficient for a continuous 8-12 hour timeframe.
• Competent in perceiving, digesting, and acknowledging the concerns of team members and guests within a noisy environment.
• Able to endure cold and hot temperatures (below 0 degrees F and above 90 degrees F) for the entirety of the shift.
