Your Responsibilities

• Your skillset is centered around connecting with others! Using the AEO Selling Model, you interact with each client to assist them in discovering exactly what they are looking for, all while maintaining a mindset that prioritizes forming friendships.
• You possess a deep love for AE Aerie merchandise! Customers seek your expertise on product details, and you find joy in recommending items that are a perfect match for them.
• You share the brand love! You're eager to introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• You can hang! Your skillset rocks no matter what zone you're in and you can easily flex between the Salesfloor, Cash Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Your top priority is to ensure the happiness of guests by effectively handling any issues that may arise, all while staying within the boundaries of company protocols.
• Your dedication to working cohesively with your team is evident as you actively assist in reaching shared goals.
• You've got integrity! You do the right thing and you always adhere to AEO's policies procedures.

• The minimum eligibility age is 16 years.
