Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our growing operations team. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a key role in maintaining efficient warehouse operations by ensuring that all products, materials, and inventory are handled safely and accurately. As a Warehouse Worker, your primary responsibility will be to support daily warehouse activities such as inventory picking, product stocking, packaging, and shipment preparation. You will assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and well-functioning warehouse environment while following all safety policies and operational procedures. The Warehouse Worker will also be responsible for accurately documenting inventory movements, managing materials, and performing quality checks to ensure all items meet company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow all health and safety policies to ensure a secure working environment.
• Perform warehouse worker duties such as receiving, labeling, and storing materials.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately for shipment.
• Maintain proper inventory levels by conducting routine stock checks.
• Operate warehouse equipment (such as forklifts or pallet jacks) safely and responsibly.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free from hazards.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve warehouse productivity goals.
• Record and report inventory discrepancies to management.
• Ensure all warehouse worker tasks are completed in compliance with company standards.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Warehouse Worker or in a related warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment preferred.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials safely and efficiently.
• Basic computer and data entry skills for inventory tracking.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
